Under the leadership of Guillermo Perales, Sun Holdings brings a wealth of experience in rejuvenating restaurant brands. This acquisition aims to harness Bar Louie's distinctive brand identity and loyal customer following to foster renewed growth.

Currently, Bar Louie is concentrating on stabilizing its operations and optimizing its existing portfolio. While aggressive expansion is on hold, the company remains open to selective growth in high-performing markets like Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Denver, and Phoenix, as conditions permit.
