Dave’s Hot Chicken Real Estate

Dave's Hot Chicken started as a parking lot pop-up in LA in 2017 and quickly turned into a fan favorite.  They opened the first brick-and-mortar location in East Hollywood.  In 2019 they landed a deal with Bill Phelps (Wetzel's Pretzels co-founder) & John Davis (Movie Producer) for the plan to franchise the concept throughout the US and Canada.

They have sold the rights to over 500 locations.
