America's all day everyday stop coffee and baked goods  Dunkin Donuts has announced that they will open 46 new restaurants throughout Georgia in the next several years with six franchise groups.

The franchise group and their development plans include:-

Donuts Holdings LLC, existing franchise group has plans to develop 20 restaurants in the greater Atlanta area. It currently operates 30 Dunkin Donuts restaurants. Two new locations at 11250 Medlock Bridge Road in Johns Creek and 725 North Cobb Parkway in Marietta are planned to open this month. Two more restaurants are expected to open before this year end.  

U Donuts LLC has plans to develop 11 restaurants in the Savannah area with the first location being planned to open in the next year while the remaining to open by the year 2020.  U Donuts is owned by existing franchisees Charles Cutler and Michael Ferreira with NFL players Sam Shields and Ricky Jean-Francois. Al Scotti, Jay Goldman and Sherard Rogers are also a part of the franchise.

Awale Investments Inc, led by Ahmed Andy Awale, will be developing six restaurants in the greater Atlanta area. The first restaurant will be opened in Atlanta in 2016, while the remaining would open by 2019.

Dublin Donuts LLC will be developing three restaurants in Dublin, Vidalia and Statesboro. It currently owns and operates six Dunkin Donuts Donuts restaurants in Atlanta and Statesboro. Their next location will be inaugurated during the winter season while the remaining to be opened by 2018.

Peter Patel and AJ Patel have plans to develop four restaurants in Augusta. They currently own and operate four Dunkin Donuts restaurants in the Augusta area. Two of them are multi-brand units with sister brand Baskin Robbins. Their next restaurant will open in Fall 2015 and the remaining by 2017.

Bill and Natalie Jones of Jones Stark Properties LLC, have plans to develop two additional restaurants in Atlanta and Macon. They currently own and operate six Dunkin Donuts restaurants in the Atlanta area and are also planning to open two more locations in 2015. Another two restaurants are being planned for 2016 under a previous franchise agreement.

These new restaurants will help in growing their presence in Georgia and help in satisfying a growing consumer demand for Dunkin Donuts in the communities they serve.
