The new massive building under construction at North Fresno on Friant Road is coming up. The Habit Burger Grill has put up a sign at one end of the building which is east of fresco Street and part of the Park Crossing development. Sportsman’s Warehouse also happens to be behind the new building.

Jersey Mike's Subs will be opening a new location next to The Habit at the front portion of the building. Jersey Mike's is a submarine sandwich chain headquartered in Manasquan, New Jersey with franchise at more than 750 locations across the United States. It specializes with several kinds of subs, including hot ones and three kinds of cheese steak subs, along with wraps. The company's official declined to reveal the date of its opening since the building has still a lot of construction work to be done so it could be many months before it opens.

Next to them will be Dickey's Barbeque Pit. It is a family-owned American barbecue restaurant chain based in Dallas, Texas which was established by Travis Dickey in 1941. The restaurant is the largest barbecue franchise in the United States which mainly serves beef brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, barbecue honey ham, polish sausage, turkey breast and chicken. It also serves home-style sides including fried okra, jalapeño beans, green beans with bacon, waffle iron fries, barbecue beans, Caesar or garden salad, macaroni and cheese, and onion tanglers.

A Venus Nails will open in the building, too. Developer Harold Zinkin says he’s got a tenant for a small space in the works, but nothing is finalized yet. However there is a lot more to come up in this 40 acre- property.

Till date leases have been signed for a 3,000 square foot Figaro's Mexican Grill restaurant. TOFAS Mediterranean Grill has also signed a lease to open a 3,000-square-foot restaurant. This is the same as the restaurant that opened last year at the Clovis Crossing Regional Shopping Center at Herndon and Clovis avenues. Other attractions expected to be a part of the project are Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, 250,000 square feet of offices and approximately 50 apartments.
