SEATTLE – Nordstrom, Inc. has unveiled plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack store at The Center at Rancho Niguel in Laguna Niguel. The new 29,500 square foot store will be located at the former Loehmann’s store, joining other tenants, including BevMo!, Thomasville Furniture and Ethan Allen.
The Center at Rancho Niguel located on the west of Interstate 5 at the intersection of the Crown Valley Parkway and the 73 Toll Freeway is owned and run by the Buie Stoddard Group. The Racks are renowned for their exceptional design concepts which provide shoppers with the ultimate shopping experience.
The new store in Laguna Niguel will be the 7th Nordstrom Rack in Orange County. Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., a company that owns 271 shops in 36 states –117 full-line stores, 151 Nordstrom Racks, 2 Jeffrey boutiques and 1 clearance store
