The restaurant which is 2,428 square feet in size sits on a 18,295 square feet of land and has been leased to Jack in the box on an absolute triple net lease basis for 15 years. The building which lies in the front of a Lowe's Home Improvement center was constructed in the year 2010.
The marketing process got started off in late October by Rob Sutton and Greg Cortese of The Royston Group. The site sits with an excellent street visibility along N. Durango Drive and N. El Capitan Way. It also features a large monument sign visible from the highway.
It is also located adjacent to an Albertson's Fresh & Easy, Walgreens and Del Taco which has an excellent tenant base.
