The Royston Group has listed for sale a single tenant net lease Jack in the box location. The property is located in Las Vegas, Nevada which is just off the highway 95 on El Capitan Way.
The restaurant which is 2,428 square feet in size sits on a 18,295 square feet of land and has been leased to Jack in the box on an absolute triple net lease basis for 15 years. The building which lies in the front of a Lowe's Home Improvement center was constructed in the year 2010.
