Co-developers of 393 West End Avenue, Simon Baron Development and Quadrum Global have confirmed that leasing has commenced at the 17 story building. It is a high end residential 43 unit building on the Upper West side.
Architect, Vicente Wolf of Vicente Wolf Associates, Inc along with KinlinRutherfurd Architects has converted the landmarked development into a luxury rental residence. The apartments range from a one bedroom measuring 796 square feet to four bedrooms measuring about 2274 square feet.
The homes have been designed with the state-of-the art architecture with rift-cut and solid oak floors. Kitchens have been given a very contemporary look with Lieberr refrigerators, Bertazonni gas ranges and microwaves. They also have Bosch dishwashers and an Electrolux wine cooler.
The building is also well equipped with a 24 hour concierge, landscaped roof deck, a recreation room, a courtyard, fitness center with yoga studio and a children’s playroom.
The marketing directors are handling the leasing and marketing. Prices range from $5775 per month for a one-bedroom apartment, $8700 for a two bedroom. A three bedroom's rate starts from $12,500 Â and $26,245 per month for a four-bedroom penthouse. Occupancies are slated to start from November.
